Return & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled prior to shipment or production. If you cancel your order under these conditions, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. Please be advised that custom orders are non-cancellable once they have been placed.

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept product returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
  • No restocking fee will be charged to customers for returning a product.

For Stock Hair Systems

  • If you encounter any issues with your order or are dissatisfied with your hair system upon receipt, please reach out to us right away. Please refrain from cutting, styling, coloring, washing, or wearing the hair system. Our customer service team is ready to address any concerns and can arrange a replacement if necessary. Reon Hair will cover the return shipping costs for any quality-related issues.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the hairpiece remains uncut, unstyled, uncolored, unwashed, and unworn. After this 30-day window, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

For Custom Hair Systems

  • If the product is faulty, we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement. You must submit photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect. 
  • Hair systems must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if the hair system is unworn and unaltered. 
  • For custom orders, if you cancel before receiving the item, only a 50% refund will be issued to cover labor and material costs. 
  • Custom-made hair systems ordered incorrectly cannot be refunded, though we can make adjustments for an additional fee.
  • Customers will be responsible for the hair systems until they are returned to us.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • Refunds can only be issued if the packaging is unopened and the hair system is unused and unaltered (no cutting, no trimming, no dyeing of the hair system).

 

How much refund can I get?

For Stock Hair Systems

  • We will issue a full refund if the hair system is unused and unaltered. 

For Custom Hair Systems

  • If there are quality issues and we determine it cannot be adjusted, we will either remake the hair system or provide a full refund after receiving the returned item.
  • If you decide you no longer want the product for personal reasons and it remains unused, no refund will be provided after we receive it.
  • If there are quality issues that can be resolved, we will make the necessary adjustments to meet your satisfaction.
  • Upon receiving your hair system, please inspect it carefully for any quality issues before making any alterations, such as cutting the base, trimming the hair, or dyeing the hair system. Returns or refunds are not accepted on altered hair systems unless the modifications were made by us.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  1. If you have not received your refund, please first verify your bank account.
  2. Next, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is reflected in your account. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@righthairwaiting.
